Different polls and voting events require different amount of chamsims. You can see how much chamsims you need to vote, including the maximum amount of votes you can drop, on the voting page itself. 

You can only see the vote percentages and get a voting certificate once you max out all your allowed votes for the day. 

Once you open the voting page, you can see the date and time "due". As per our observation, date and time on ANDROID devices indicate KST while date and time on IOS devices are adjusted to the user's local time. 

IDOLCHAMP strictly allows only one account per device. Please do not risk getting your accounts suspended especially when you have collected chamsims. 

IDOLCHAMP has a mission for newly created accounts. You need to complete a 5-day chart participation task by putting chamsims in the chart for 5 days. After you have completed it, you can make full use of your account.

You should vote on Daily Charts only when fanbases advise you to or only during the following:

• When Time Chamsims are expiring and there are no ongoing polls for SEVENTEEN
• 5-day Chart Participation Mission for newly created accounts (1 Time Chamsim per day)
• During specific events like subway ads (to be advised by fanbases)

• Reply and like @CaratChamps banner
• Reply on the Most Popular posts (especially @CaratChamps' banner) before 11:00 PM KST
• Like other Carats’ replies on the "Most Popular" tab
• Do not upload photos
• Do not post multiple times
